This blog has started with the philosophy that you don’t (always*) need a coach to improve your life quality. Many things can be done by your self and changing your routine. Make just a few small changes can go a long way on a day today-to-day day basis.

Most of the methods I write about are tested and/or used by myself. The results you are going to read are my own or supported by data from other researches. I’ll also talk about if I find is easy or not and how you could change this that might work better for you.
